GETTING TO KNOW THEODORE BRENNAN:

Favorite Athlete: LeBron James and Yuki Ishikawa

Favorite Quote: “Fall seven times, stand up eight.” 

Favorite Food: Takoyaki

Favorite Way to Spend Free Time: Playing volleyball and then eating dinner with my teammates afterwards. 

Sports Highlight: Playing in the 2025 volleyball tournament hosted at our high school was an unforgettable experience. The incredible support from parents, teachers, and fellow students created an electric atmosphere that motivated our team every step of the way. Fueled by that energy, we played the best volleyball of our season and proudly finished the tournament in first place.

Recognitions & Activities: 4.125 GPA, varsity volleyball co-captain, varsity basketball, varsity badminton, MVP (basketball) HUSTLE award (volleyball), student council (President), jazz band, rock club (sax, guitar, bass, vocals, piano), student leader for Microcontroller Engineering club, taught English to local children of Makinohara. 

Favorite Class: AP Calculus BCC because I like solving complex problems.

Fun Fact: I love music. I play tenor/baritone saxophone, electric/acoustic guitar, bass guitar, and sing. I was also in jazz and rock bands during my time in Japan. 

Next Plans: I will be majoring in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and try out for the club volleyball team.
