 Senior Wealth Advisor

Thomas W. Titus is a seasoned financial advisor, certified with APMA (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor) and AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designations, with over 20 years of experience. He began working in the financial industry in 2002, became a Compliance Officer in 2006, and moved to an advisory role in 2009. With a passion for finance, family, and mentorship, Thomas strives to make a positive impact in his professional and personal life.

Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, Gina, and their four children, Katherine (23), Tommy (14), Nick (12), Cameron (10). The family enjoys attending Ohio State football and Cleveland Guardian games and relaxing at the beach. In his free time, Thomas plays golf and coaches his boys in football, basketball, and baseball. He is an active member of the community currently serving on the South Range Athletic Boosters Board of Directors.

RACHEL PEASE

Wealth Advisor

Rachel Pease has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career in banking with a focus on Private Wealth Clients. Her vast experience with banking, lending, and investing prepared her for her role as a Financial Advisor. Rachel is committed to her clients by building long-lasting relationships through a high touch and very personalized approach.

Born and raised in the East Liverpool area, Rachel serves as a member of the Beaver Local Scholarship Foundation. In her free time, you will see her at Beaver Local volleyball or Potter basketball games cheering on her niece and nephew. Rachel also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Dawn brings 15 years of experience in office management, accounts receivable and payable, customer relations, community outreach, marketing, and budgeting to our team. She will be working closely with Youngstown clients, assisting with scheduling and service needs. Before joining us, she excelled as a Front Office Manager at an Audiology Office.     
 
Born and raised in Salem, where her family still resides, Dawn has been married for 17 wonderful years and is a proud mom to two daughters, ages 16 and 6. In her free time, she can often be found cheering on her older daughter at varsity tennis and track events for the Salem Quakers. Dawn enjoys BBQing, baking, swimming, and traveling with her family. They are proud members of the Salem Country Club and love spending their summers by the pool.
